Despite wondering if my guys were going to take it seriously, and use it in their personal/business life, I found the course was useful and did provoke thought which was the hope. I think it helped that the Course Provider had life experiences of what was being discussed, so it was less “text book” and more day to day life concerns. It allowed observation of my sales team and their interaction during the course / It gave some “actions” that could be continued relatively simply / It could be applied in both personal and business environment. I would recommend this course, because I think it offers a different angle to training.
